THE Bower LUXURY BUILDS PROCESS

PHASE 01 Objective

In the this initial phase, we take this opportunity to sit down with our clients to discuss their requirements, the feasibility of the project, the associated “ risks and rewards “ and ultimately the project parameters to ensure all parties have a mutual understanding in preparation for a successful project.

PHASE 02 Design

In the design phase we assist the client in interviewing perspective Architects and Designers that best suit their design objective. In this phase we ensure that the concept design is reflected accurately as per the clients’ requirements, complete a constructability review and take this opportunity to clarify details prior to the design development. Upon design development, a team of professional consultants including structural and mechanical engineers, planners, surveyors, arborists and landscape architects are introduced to the team to ensure a smooth and successful design.

PHASE 03 Value Engineering

By overseeing and facilitating during the conceptual and design development, it allows us the opportunity to maximize the value of service by examining the function and cost of the design to make cost saving suggestions that fulfill the clients’ needs and provide you with the best in product and quality.

PHASE 04 Construction Management

Consistently gauging the design against the budget, our experienced staff provides estimates, take offs and pricing feedback throughout the construction process.

In this phase, our project team will coordinate working drawings along with their specifications, facilitate shop drawings, prepare purchase orders, manage cost control and reports.

Upon receipt of the building permit and start of construction, we strictly adhere to the construction schedule by identifying key milestones which allows us to be able to drive towards the project completion in an organized and predetermined manner.

PHASE 05 Project Completion

As a new homeowner of a Bower Luxury Builds home, we realize that the key to your happiness is the trouble free and quick satisfactory service we provide. Upon completion of your home, you will be provided with an Operations, Warranty and Maintenance manual complete with valuable information concerning the care of your new home.

We commit to the highest level of safety for our employees and all industry professionals entering our job sites by ensuring that all have WSIB coverage and are WHMIS trained.

Pre-Construction

Our service begins with connecting you with a suitable and reputable architect and designer if requested to help begin the process of creating a space in which you envision. Once all drawings are complete our position is to then create a budget that will be the guideline to follow during the course of construction. We will create a construction schedule to keep us within our time restraint and only tender out to reputable trade professionals to construct your home.

During Construction

Continual communications with clients, and trade professionals to ensure the smoothest process of construction. We work with clients and architects hand in hand to offer value engineering analysis & recommendations continually reviewing different approaches to save our clients valuable dollars at every corner. We believe in complete transparency regarding our supplier discounts and all invoicing that we receive from all vendors and suppliers which are all provided to you along with a full cost report outlining all budget updates and how much has been spent up-to-date.

After Sales Service & Customer Service

At Bower Luxury Builds, we want to always ensure that our clients are satisfied with their products and services provided. We want to be loyal and want your long time loyalty with us as well. After your project is complete, we want to give you our necessary support. We understand that things may happen after construction is complete and there may be defects and deficiencies, so we want to provide you with the warranties needed and our verbal support along the way.
